These roles are intended for people who can work across backend delivery, API design, databases, debugging, and practical frontend coordination. We are looking for engineers comfortable in mixed environments that may include Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, and related tooling. We are not hiring for title only. We are hiring for people who can ship useful work safely.

Full Stack Developer who can work confidently on legacy-to-modern transitions, React or JavaScript-driven interfaces, and production issue analysis.
Position 3
Full Stack Developer ready to take broader ownership across implementation, documentation, integration work, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
What the role includes
- Build and maintain web applications, modules, services, and APIs across the project stack.
- Translate business requirements into structured implementation plans.
- Design and query database schemas responsibly, including debugging data issues.
- Coordinate frontend changes where needed using practical JavaScript, React, and UI integration skills.
- Participate in bug fixing, deployment support, documentation, and handovers.
- Communicate blockers early instead of hiding issues until deadlines are affected.
Requirements
What we expect before you apply
- Working experience with Python or PHP, modern JavaScript, databases, Git, and common deployment workflows.
- Ability to read existing codebases and improve them without creating unnecessary churn.
- Comfort with REST APIs, validations, data handling, and production debugging.
- Professional written communication and responsible task follow-through.
- A portfolio, Git repository, or real project examples that show capability is strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
React, Vue, Django or comparable frameworks, DevOps familiarity, test writing, queue or background job experience, or cloud deployment exposure.
Important
We value clean reasoning and stable delivery more than overclaiming tools you cannot use under real project conditions.
